Job Description:
The Online Marketing Analyst in Al Khor is responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI for clients across various industries within a KPO setting. This role involves collecting, interpreting, and reporting on web and campaign performance data, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing effectiveness.
Key duties include tracking key metrics such as CTR, CPC, bounce rates, and conversion rates, as well as developing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance. The analyst works closely with digital marketing strategists, content teams, and client account managers to support data-driven marketing strategies. Responsibilities also include A/B testing, funnel analysis, competitor benchmarking, and monitoring digital advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Statistics, or a related field; Google Analytics/Ads certifications are a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing analysis or performance reporting, ideally in a KPO, agency, or digital services firm.
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social media analytics tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC performance metrics.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data visualization skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an asset.
