Job Description:

The Product Strategy Lead is responsible for shaping and guiding the long-term vision, positioning, and competitive differentiation of products and services within Lusail, Qatar. This senior role integrates market intelligence, customer insight, and business objectives to define product roadmaps that align with brand goals and commercial success.

Key responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating product performance, and developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The lead will also provide strategic input into pricing, branding, and channel planning while ensuring each product's value proposition is clearly articulated to internal and external stakeholders.

Working closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and senior leadership, the Product Strategy Lead plays a critical role in ensuring alignment between product offerings and market demand. The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of Qatar’s dynamic business landscape.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 5–7 years in product strategy, brand planning, or business development.

Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting.

Experience developing product roadmaps and market-entry strategies.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

Proven success in launching or repositioning products in a competitive market.

Familiarity with Qatari consumer trends and economic development goals.

Ability to manage multiple product lines or verticals.
