Job Description:
We are seeking an Agricultural and Construction Tractor Operator to perform dual-purpose operations on farms and construction sites. You will manage soil tillage, field leveling, loader material handling, backfilling, and site preparation. Tasks include switching attachments such as plows, buckets, forks, and rotary mowers. You’ll ensure optimal performance of the machine by monitoring attachments, lubricating moving parts, and assisting supervisors in planning task sequences. Your work supports both agricultural productivity and civil infrastructure readiness.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have extensive experience operating both agricultural and construction tractor models. You should know hydraulic systems, PTO speeds, and hitch nuances. Familiarity with attachment safety, terrain conditions, and load distribution is critical. Basic maintenance knowledge, bolt checks, filter changes, and fluid inspections are necessary. A tractor-driving license and certification from vocational institutions are preferred. Physical fitness and a proactive field approach will ensure success in this hybrid role.
