Job Description: Responsibilities: Design and Planning: Create architectural designs and plans for construction or renovation projects, considering functional requirements, aesthetics, building codes, and sustainability principles. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, and translate them into design concepts and specifications. Concept Development: Develop creative and innovative design concepts, incorporating architectural principles, spatial functionality, and environmental considerations. Technical Drawings: Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Material Selection: Recommend appropriate building materials, finishes, and construction techniques that align with the design concept, budget, and project requirements. Project Management: Oversee the architectural aspects of projects, including coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Building Codes and Regulations: Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements, and ensure designs and construction comply with legal and safety standards. Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure adherence to the architectural plans and specifications. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare architectural documentation, reports, and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices to enhance design innovation and professional development.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional License: Possession of an architecture license is mandatory to practice as an architect in Spain. Experience: Significant experience in architectural design and project management, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects and a diverse range of design styles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools. Design Creativity: Strong design sense, creativity, and the ability to develop unique and visually appealing architectural concepts. Building Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with building systems, structures, and construction processes, ensuring practicality and constructability in designs. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, and lead architectural aspects of projects. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to produce accurate and precise architectural drawings and specifications. Regulatory Compliance: Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permit processes to ensure compliance throughout the design and construction phases.
