Job Description:
We are hiring a Backhoe Loader Specialist to carry out multipurpose excavation and loading tasks with combined loader-backhoe machines.
Your duties include trenching, loading trucks, material removal, and site grading in both commercial and residential environments.
You will play a versatile role on construction projects requiring rapid machine switching and attachment handling.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have in-depth experience with backhoe loaders, including operating both the loader bucket and the rear digging arm.
Understanding of machine load limits, attachment changeover, and soil handling techniques is essential. Prior work in confined space or narrow street jobs is preferred.
Physical stamina, spatial precision, and heavy machinery certification are mandatory. Daily maintenance and safety checks are expected.
