Job Description:
We are looking for an Antenna and Tower Maintenance Technician to conduct regular servicing, calibration, and emergency repairs on broadcast and telecom towers. You’ll inspect guy wires, check signal transmission quality, and ensure safe hardware anchoring.
Daily activities include climbing structures, replacing faulty components, tightening bolts, and updating system software. You will maintain logs and compliance documentation as per telecom regulations.
This role suits individuals with technical skills and strong physical resilience.
Job Requirement:
Prior experience in tower maintenance or telecom systems is mandatory. You should be adept at climbing, fall arrest system use, and working with RF equipment.
Knowledge of grounding systems, antenna alignment, and site electrical safety is important. Ability to read technical diagrams and configure communication devices is a must.
You should hold certifications related to tower safety or RF awareness. Excellent vision, balance, and teamwork are essential qualities.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., EN, IEC standards) is an advantage. Good communication and documentation habits are also required.
