Job Description:
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage the development and coordination of architectural BIM models. You will ensure model integrity, resolve conflicts between disciplines, and uphold project BIM standards.
Responsibilities include federated model assembly, clash detection using Navisworks, and support for the design team in Revit workflows.
You’ll also facilitate regular BIM reviews and maintain digital project documentation.
Job Requirement:
A degree in architecture or construction engineering is essential. At least 4 years of experience in BIM environments is expected.
Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and Navisworks is a must. Familiarity with ISO 19650 workflows and the ability to write BEPs (BIM Execution Plans) is desirable.
