Job Description:

We are seeking an Aisle Stocking Assistant in Valencia to join our team of retail professionals dedicated to creating an organized and inviting shopping experience. Your core responsibilities will involve unpacking deliveries, stocking items on shelves, and making sure products are correctly labeled and displayed according to store guidelines. You will also rotate stock to ensure new inventory is prioritized and older products are sold first. An important part of your job will be to keep aisles orderly and safe, removing any obstacles and promptly addressing spillages or damages. Collaboration with the receiving and display teams will be essential to maintain synchronized operations and timely replenishment.

Candidates will thrive in this position if they can handle fast-paced, physically demanding tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure. The ability to read packing slips, understand expiry dates, and conduct minor product counts is essential for efficient inventory management. This position requires active engagement with both suppliers and in-store teams, as well as a willingness to learn best practices in stock management.

Job Requirement:

Ideal applicants should be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 kg regularly throughout their shift. Strong organizational and time-management skills will help ensure that stock is processed promptly and shelves are never left bare. Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends, is required during busy retail periods. Good communication and teamwork abilities are fundamental since you will interface with multiple departments daily. Prior experience in stock handling or warehousing is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Proficiency with basic math, attention to labeling, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential traits for success in this position.
