Job Description:

The Delivery Coordination Worker in Valencia ensures the smooth scheduling and handling of store deliveries. This role bridges communication between delivery drivers, warehouses, and store teams to make sure shipments arrive on time and in good condition.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, monitoring shipment progress, receiving incoming goods, and updating records. Workers may also check products for damages, confirm quantities, and direct goods to their designated storage or sales floor areas.

By keeping the flow of goods organized and timely, delivery coordination workers play an essential role in reducing delays and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position provides career growth opportunities in logistics, transport coordination, and supply chain operations.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, though prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is highly valued. Strong organizational skills are required for managing multiple deliveries and schedules effectively.

Communication skills are essential for coordinating with drivers, store staff, and suppliers. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or delivery management systems are necessary for updating records.

Candidates must also demonstrate attention to detail when verifying deliveries and resolving discrepancies. Physical ability to assist with unloading or moving goods is a plus. Flexibility in working hours is often required due to the unpredictable nature of deliveries.

The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and reliable, with a proactive approach to solving logistical challenges.
