Job Description:
We are seeking a Bulk Goods Loader in Madrid to manage the manual and mechanical loading of heavy or large quantities of products for transport, storage, or delivery. The role involves physically handling goods, operating lifting equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient loading operations.
Daily responsibilities include stacking, packing, and securing products on trucks, pallets, or storage areas. Bulk loaders also inspect goods before loading, report damages, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Coordination with warehouse and logistics teams is necessary to meet delivery schedules.
This role is physically demanding and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. It provides valuable experience in logistics and warehousing, with growth opportunities into forklift operations or logistics coordination.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in warehouse work, logistics, or physical labor is preferred.
Applicants must have strong physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy objects, and familiarity with handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training may be provided). Attention to detail is important to avoid product damage and ensure safety standards.
