Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Returns Clerk in Barcelona to handle product returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. This role ensures that returned goods are properly logged, inspected, and either restocked, repaired, or processed for refund according to company policies.

The clerk’s responsibilities include assisting customers with their return requests, verifying purchase receipts, checking the condition of products, and updating return records in the system. They will also coordinate with inventory and finance teams to make sure refunds or replacements are processed smoothly.

This role is essential for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction while helping the store recover returned merchandise quickly.
