Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Order Fulfillment Worker in Madrid to bridge our physical and digital retail services by managing incoming online orders, processing transactions, and overseeing the packaging and shipment of products to customers. You will receive order notifications, verify inventory availability, select and prepare products, and use digital tools to update order status and monitor delivery pipelines. Accuracy and timeliness are central, impacting both customer satisfaction and overall business efficiency. Collaborating with customer service, inventory, and shipping teams, you’ll address order discrepancies, handle returns, and document package tracking data as required.
A high-performing Digital Order Fulfillment Worker is organized, decisive, and invested in leveraging technology to streamline order completion. Daily challenges may include managing fluctuating online order volumes and prioritizing dispatch scheduling.
Job Requirement:
A minimum high school education is required, preferably with coursework in logistics, IT, or business administration. Experience with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, or digital order processing is advantageous but not essential for fast learners. Strong computer literacy, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently are vital. Physical capability to retrieve, pack, and move goods and a willingness to work varied shifts in line with order volumes are necessary. Reliability, clear communication, and commitment to upholding data accuracy and workplace safety further differentiate strong candidates. Proficiency in Spanish and basic English is expected.
