Job Description:
We are hiring a Cabinet Fitting Specialist to deliver high-quality cabinet installations for residential and commercial interiors. The role involves reading blueprints, preparing installation areas, and assembling cabinetry with precision and care.
You will be responsible for ensuring each cabinet is securely mounted, level, and aligned with design specifications. You’ll also make necessary modifications on-site to ensure a perfect fit. Working closely with interior designers, builders, and clients, you'll provide input on layout feasibility and custom fitting solutions.
You must manage tools, hardware, and adhesives with skill and efficiency. Your role will also involve repairing damaged units, adjusting doors and drawers, and applying finishing touches to enhance appearance and functionality. Quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on carpentry or cabinetry experience. A vocational diploma in woodworking, carpentry, or interior installation is preferred.
You should have experience operating tools like routers, saws, and drills and be familiar with installing cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, and office spaces. Ability to read technical drawings is essential.
Attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong communication skills are needed. Problem-solving on-site is a key part of this job, especially when dealing with uneven surfaces or custom layouts. A driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites may be required.
