Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in Valencia. This full-time role demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book travel, handle personal errands, and liaise with business contacts on behalf of the executive.

Duties also include email and phone management, event planning, task delegation, and supporting daily logistics. You will act as a gatekeeper and prioritizer, making sure the executive’s time is optimized and distractions are minimized. You may be responsible for preparing reports, transcribing notes, and coordinating with legal, financial, and administrative departments.

This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires flexibility, tact, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a trusted support, representing the executive with discretion and professionalism in all interactions. Some evening or weekend availability may be required for special engagements or travel.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, ideally within a corporate, high-net-worth, or private household environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools is essential.

Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills—both written and spoken—are required. You must be well-organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment. A background in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.

You must have strong time-management skills, be capable of anticipating needs, and remain calm and professional under pressure. Discretion and trustworthiness are paramount, as the role involves sensitive business and personal matters.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or internationally are strong advantages. The ideal candidate will be proactive, polished in appearance, tech-savvy, and adaptable to changing schedules or needs.
