Job Description:
We are hiring a dependable General Worker to join a busy maintenance and support team in Madrid. This hands-on role involves a wide variety of manual tasks to support property upkeep, light construction, cleaning, and logistics. You will be responsible for performing duties as assigned daily and helping maintain clean, safe, and orderly environments.
Tasks may include moving furniture, unloading supplies, assisting technicians, painting, basic repairs, yard cleaning, and maintaining storerooms. Depending on the needs of the facility, you may also assist with seasonal work, minor plumbing or electrical tasks under supervision, and clearing pathways or driveways.
This is a physically active job requiring stamina, flexibility, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions. You must be prepared to work as part of a team and also follow instructions for independent assignments. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, respectful, and committed to getting the job done right.

Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in general labor, maintenance, or similar physical work. You must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg), use basic hand tools safely, and follow safety protocols at all times.
Punctuality and reliability are key. You must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in Spanish. Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures such as simple painting, tightening fixtures, or assisting tradesmen is a strong advantage.
The role requires good physical condition, attention to detail, and the willingness to complete repetitive or demanding tasks. A flexible attitude is necessary, as daily duties may change based on the facility's needs.
Having a driver’s license is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will be respectful, cooperative with team members, and eager to learn on the job. Previous work on construction sites, residential maintenance crews, or warehouse settings will be highly valued.
