Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Farmworker to assist in crop cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance tasks across large farmlands in the Valencia region. Duties include sowing seeds, applying fertilizers, irrigating crops, and gathering harvested produce. You will also assist with seasonal pruning, pest control, and maintaining irrigation systems.
You’ll work under the guidance of farm supervisors and contribute to ensuring a smooth growing cycle from planting to post-harvest.
Job Requirement:
Experience in fruit or vegetable farming is preferred. Candidates must be capable of working long hours in the sun, bending and lifting as needed, and following farming schedules with precision.
Spanish fluency is required. You must have basic knowledge of farming practices, be reliable, and able to work independently or in small teams. Use of basic tools like sprayers, sickles, or wheelbarrows is an advantage.
