Job Description:
We are looking for a caring and dependable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one-on-one assistance to a client in Seville. This position involves supporting individuals with disabilities or elderly clients in their daily activities. You will be responsible for helping with grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, light housekeeping, and companionship.
This is a client-centered role requiring a high level of compassion, reliability, and respect for personal dignity. You will also assist with medication reminders, mobility support, and may be asked to help with errands or attend appointments. The goal is to enable the client to live as independently and comfortably as possible within their own home.

Job Requirement:
Applicants should have certification or training as a Personal Support Worker, caregiver, or nurse assistant. Experience working with elderly clients or individuals with disabilities is essential. You should be comfortable performing personal care tasks and working with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish are required. Knowledge of assistive devices and basic health monitoring is beneficial. A kind, empathetic, and calm demeanor is critical in managing daily care responsibilities and building trust with the client.
You must be physically fit, able to assist with lifting or mobility tasks, and comfortable standing or moving for extended periods. Time management, cleanliness, and attention to detail are also key traits for this role. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, is often necessary.
