Job Description:
We are hiring a responsible and vigilant Security Guard for a private residential property in Seville. This role is ideal for someone who values safety, discipline, and providing peace of mind to property owners. You will be responsible for monitoring the premises, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and responding to any suspicious activity or emergency.
Your key responsibilities include patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access points, inspecting locks and gates, and ensuring a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity. You may also manage visitor check-ins, handle minor incidents diplomatically, and provide basic first aid if needed.
You will be expected to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide 24/7 security coverage. Working closely with property managers or homeowners, you will report daily activity, maintain a professional appearance, and respond calmly under pressure.

Job Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience in private security, military service, or law enforcement. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is preferred, with proven ability to stay alert and respond appropriately to security risks.
Fluency in Spanish is required, and knowledge of English is beneficial. Applicants must be physically fit, able to stand or patrol for long periods, and have basic self-defense or crisis management skills.
You must hold a valid security license or certification in accordance with Spanish regulations. Familiarity with CCTV systems, alarm panels, and emergency response protocols is essential.
Punctuality, professionalism, and integrity are key attributes. You should be able to write basic reports, follow instructions accurately, and handle confidential information discreetly. A calm and courteous manner, even during high-stress situations, is important.
A clean criminal record is mandatory. References and background checks will be conducted prior to employment. Uniform will be provided.
