Job Description:
The 3D Visualization Artist plays a crucial role in bringing architectural and design concepts to life through realistic 3D visualizations. Working closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers, this professional is responsible for creating high-quality still images, walkthrough animations, and virtual reality experiences that effectively communicate spatial ideas, material selections, and lighting concepts. The role demands technical expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and post-production. Using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Photoshop, the artist transforms CAD and BIM files into visually engaging content that aids in presentations, client approvals, marketing, and design iterations. Responsibilities include understanding architectural plans, developing visual narratives, managing asset libraries, and iterating based on feedback. A strong artistic eye, knowledge of real-world materials, and an understanding of design trends are key to success in this role. The artist must be capable of handling tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of visual quality and detail across projects.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Animation with 3–5 years of experience in 3D visualization for architecture or design firms. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite is essential. Strong attention to detail, lighting composition skills, and a portfolio of photorealistic renderings are critical. Experience with VR and Unreal Engine is an advantage.
