Job Description:
The Agile Project Delivery Manager in Dubai is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of agile projects across multiple business units by facilitating agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. The manager leads scrum teams, coordinates with product owners, and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include agile coaching, sprint planning, progress tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. The manager ensures that agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe are effectively implemented and tailored to the organization’s context. This role requires excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations, foster collaboration, and build a culture of agility and transparency. The Agile Project Delivery Manager is also responsible for performance reporting, project budgeting, and coordinating cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Project Management is required; certifications such as PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe are preferred. At least 5–7 years of experience in project management with a focus on agile methodologies is expected. Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, team leadership, and delivery governance is essential. The candidate must be proficient in using agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and have strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
