Job Description:
The CEO of an established enterprise in Ajman will oversee all aspects of the organization’s operations, strategic direction, and profitability. The role requires maintaining sustainable growth, managing stakeholder expectations, improving operational efficiencies, and guiding the company through transformation and innovation. The CEO will work closely with board members, ensure compliance with corporate governance, and represent the company in public and private forums. Additional responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and developing succession plans. This position calls for a visionary leader with deep operational expertise, a strong corporate network, and a proven ability to lead complex organizations in competitive markets.
Job Requirement:
Education: Master's in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 15+ years of executive leadership in mid-to-large enterprises, including CEO/MD experience.
Skills: Strategic leadership, corporate governance, stakeholder communication, M&A evaluation, risk management.
Other Requirements: Proven track record of delivering ROI; strong understanding of regional and global business dynamics.
