Job Description:
The Business Process Improvement Analyst in Al Ain is tasked with analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality. This role involves mapping current workflows, gathering performance data, and engaging stakeholders across departments to redesign and optimize processes. The analyst applies Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to create scalable and sustainable solutions. Responsibilities also include preparing business cases, conducting root cause analyses, and supporting change management efforts. This position requires analytical rigor, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5–8 years in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
Skills: Process mapping (BPMN), Lean/Six Sigma tools, data analysis, facilitation, change management.
Other Requirements: Green Belt or similar certification preferred; experience with ERP/workflow tools.
