Job Description:
The Brand Strategy Manager in Sharjah is responsible for defining, evolving, and executing the company’s brand identity and positioning to ensure consistent market perception and strong customer resonance. This role plays a central part in driving brand awareness, emotional connection, and long-term brand equity across all touchpoints and regions.
The manager works closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to develop comprehensive brand frameworks that include brand architecture, messaging hierarchy, tone of voice, and visual identity standards. They lead brand audits, consumer insights studies, and competitive benchmarking to align brand positioning with current market expectations and trends.
Key responsibilities include overseeing brand campaigns, reviewing creative output for consistency with guidelines, and leading rebranding or brand extension initiatives. The Brand Strategy Manager ensures alignment across digital, print, retail, and experiential platforms, while also guiding internal brand advocacy and training programs. In Sharjah’s diverse business environment, the role requires sensitivity to cultural relevance and regional brand perception.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, branding, or communications is required. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing roles, preferably with experience in both agency and client-side positions. Strong capabilities in brand positioning, storytelling, consumer research, and integrated campaign development are essential. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, brand tracking software, and presentation platforms is advantageous.
