Job Description:
The Business Systems Requirements Analyst in Ajman is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting the business needs and system requirements of stakeholders. This role serves as a bridge between IT and business teams, ensuring solutions meet operational and strategic goals. The analyst conducts requirement-gathering workshops, prepares functional specifications, and supports software development and implementation processes. They also facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure traceability of requirements, and help optimize workflows through digital transformation initiatives. This role demands attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business concepts into technical solutions.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or Computer Science.
Experience: 5–8 years in business or systems analysis roles.
Skills: Requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN/UML), stakeholder engagement, documentation.
Other Requirements: Experience with ERP or CRM systems; proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
