Job Description:
The Business Transformation Change Lead in Dubai is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across the organization to improve efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness. This role involves leading high-impact change programs that span multiple functions, aligning transformation strategies with business goals, and ensuring seamless execution. The Change Lead will partner with senior executives to define the vision, develop roadmaps, and drive execution of business process improvements, digital transformation projects, and organizational restructuring. Duties include conducting change impact assessments, leading stakeholder engagement sessions, and building change communication strategies to ensure alignment and buy-in across departments. The role also entails developing and executing training and adoption plans, monitoring KPIs, and adjusting implementation strategies based on feedback and performance data. The Change Lead will mentor internal change agents, foster a culture of agility, and manage resistance to change through structured interventions. This position demands strategic thinking, the ability to influence executive stakeholders, and the capability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations with minimal disruption.
Job Requirement:
A master's degree in Business, Strategy, or Change Management is preferred, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in business transformation, organizational change, or strategic planning. Proven expertise in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and a deep understanding of change frameworks such as Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Change Management are crucial. Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills are essential, as is experience navigating matrixed organizations and influencing at all levels.
