Job Description:
The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Consultant in Ajman is responsible for leading organizational change through the redesign of core business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, cycle times, quality, and cost efficiency. The role involves engaging with functional departments to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose transformative solutions that align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and the implementation of new workflows supported by technology and policy updates. The BPR Consultant collaborates with IT, HR, finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure that redesigned processes are feasible, scalable, and user-friendly. The consultant also develops process documentation, change management plans, and training materials to support adoption. The role plays a vital part in achieving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management is required, with at least 6–8 years of experience in business process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, or reengineering projects. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or BPMN is preferred. Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills are essential, along with experience using process design and modeling tools such as Visio, ARIS, or Signavio.
