Job Description:
The Biotech Strategy Consultant in Al Ain provides strategic guidance to biotechnology companies, startups, and investors on market trends, R&D priorities, product development roadmaps, and regulatory pathways. The role involves synthesizing scientific knowledge with business acumen to guide strategic decision-making and growth planning in a competitive biotech landscape.
Responsibilities include conducting market analyses, evaluating technology pipelines, assessing competitive positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and advising on partnership and investment opportunities. The consultant works with R&D, commercial, and regulatory teams to evaluate product feasibility, commercial potential, and portfolio alignment. They may also provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and lifecycle management strategies.
Job Requirement:
A master’s or doctoral degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Business Administration is required. At least 5–7 years of experience in biotech strategy, consulting, or product development roles is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of scientific research, regulatory affairs, and commercialization strategies. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret scientific and financial data.
