Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and implementation of various civil engineering projects. The responsibilities will include conducting site investigations, developing engineering designs and plans, performing calculations, preparing technical reports, and overseeing construction activities. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with other team members and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and time constraints. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in the province of Ontario is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, preferably within the engineering and manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design and analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex engineering issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints. Demonstrated experience in overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical reports, design plans, and calculations. Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
