Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the field, working closely with clients, project teams, and operations personnel. The Field Chemical Engineer will perform site visits, conduct process evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize chemical processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and providing technical training to operational staff. The Field Chemical Engineer will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional engineering solutions.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer, preferably in a field or industrial setting within the Engineering & Manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of chemical processes, unit operations, and equipment used in the industry. Strong understanding of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and best practices in chemical engineering. Proficiency in process optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and operational staff. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify and resolve technical challenges. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel to client sites and work in field environments as required. Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in chemical engineering is desirable.
