As the Chief Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects within the engineering and manufacturing industry. You will provide strategic guidance, manage project teams, and ensure the successful execution of architectural plans. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural projects. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop architectural concepts, designs, and plans that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Job Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Professional licensure as an architect. Proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Strong technical skills in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
