Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement of materials, products, and information throughout our supply chain network. You will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management, improving operational processes, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the company's logistics and supply chain operations. Manage the procurement, transportation, and distribution of materials and products, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and resolve any supply chain issues. Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems and processes to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements. Develop and lead a high-performing logistics team, providing coaching and guidance to drive operational excellence. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the Engineering & Manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and transportation logistics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using logistics management software and data analysis tools. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
