Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aerospace Engineer Officer to join our team in Laval. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and maintenance of aerospace systems and components. Responsibilities will include conducting analysis and simulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing engineering projects. The Aerospace Engineer Officer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of aerospace engineering projects. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the documentation of engineering processes, quality control procedures, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering within the Engineering & Manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of aerospace systems, structures, aerodynamics, and propulsion. Proficiency in engineering analysis, computer-aided design (CAD), and simulation tools. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as Transport Canada and FAA regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve engineering challenges effectively. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
