Job Description:
The Courier Service Driver is responsible for collecting and delivering documents, packages, and small goods to clients throughout Quebec City. Operating company-provided vehicles or personal cars (if applicable), the driver ensures timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining a professional image. Typical tasks include route planning, loading parcels, obtaining delivery confirmations, and keeping accurate records of each transaction using delivery software or handheld scanners.
Drivers must follow traffic laws and prioritize safe, efficient driving. This role involves a combination of driving, walking short distances, and interacting with clients at residential, office, and retail locations. In some cases, drivers may be required to manage cash-on-delivery payments or obtain customer signatures as proof of delivery.

Job Requirement:
Education: No formal education required; secondary school completion is an asset.
