Job Description:

The Dining Room Busser is a key support role in restaurants, hotels, and banquet facilities across Quebec City. Working closely with servers and kitchen staff, the busser ensures dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times. Their work significantly contributes to a smooth dining experience and fast table turnover.

Primary duties include setting and clearing tables, refilling water glasses, delivering condiments or bread, and resetting tables quickly between seatings. Bussers also assist in carrying trays, removing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in service stations. During peak hours, they may help servers with delivering food and coordinating table needs.

Job Requirement:

Education: No formal education required; high school diploma is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is helpful but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of table settings and restaurant etiquette.

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Physical stamina for walking, carrying trays, and standing for extended hours.
