Job Description:
We are hiring an organized and proactive Aerospace Project Coordinator to support aerospace project initiatives at Cologne Airport. You will assist in managing timelines, budgets, and communication between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Your role includes coordinating meetings, preparing project documentation, monitoring progress, and facilitating resource allocation. You will help identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
The Aerospace Project Coordinator will work closely with engineers, procurement, and compliance teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow in the aerospace project management field.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, project management, or a related discipline. Prior experience in project coordination, preferably within aerospace or aviation industries, is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is required.
Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills will be an advantage. Candidates must be able to multitask, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing project needs.
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional travel to project sites is expected. Valid airport security clearance is required.
