Job Description:
We are looking for an insightful Air Transport Strategy Advisor to provide expert guidance on strategic planning and policy development for air transport operations at Berlin Brandenburg Airport. In this role, you will analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environments to inform long-term growth strategies.
Your responsibilities include advising senior management on route development, airline partnerships, and capacity planning. You will evaluate economic, operational, and environmental factors to optimize the airport’s strategic positioning.
The Air Transport Strategy Advisor will liaise with airlines, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to foster collaborative initiatives and support sustainable growth.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in aviation management, economics, business strategy, or related fields. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in air transport strategy, airline planning, or aviation consulting is required.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and strategic planning software is preferred.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is a plus. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage complex projects, and present findings to senior leadership.
Flexibility to travel occasionally and valid airport security clearance are required.
