Job Description:
We are hiring a Bulldozer Operator / Earthmoving Dozer Driver to assist in heavy-duty construction and excavation projects in Berlin. The selected candidate will operate bulldozers to level ground, clear land, and push materials according to project blueprints and safety protocols. Daily tasks include operating machinery in coordination with surveyors and site engineers to ensure precise grading and terrain shaping.
Responsibilities also involve performing pre-operation checks, monitoring equipment performance, and reporting any faults or maintenance needs. The operator must maintain productivity while prioritizing safety and teamwork in a dynamic and often high-pressure environment.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have proven experience in operating bulldozers and be certified for heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with GPS-guided systems and terrain management is a plus.
Physical stamina, quick reflexes, and the ability to work under changing weather and ground conditions are essential. The ideal applicant should be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of collaborating closely with other site personnel.
