Job Description:
A Compact Loader Operator is required for a prominent construction and industrial machinery company based in Florence. The role involves operating compact loaders to transport materials, assist with site preparation, excavation, and clean-up tasks across various construction and infrastructure projects.
The operator will be responsible for maneuvering compact loaders in tight or restricted spaces, loading and unloading materials, digging, grading, and supporting other site operations as needed. Daily duties include inspecting equipment before use, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with the site team to ensure project deadlines and safety standards are met.
Ideal candidates have practical experience operating compact loaders, a strong understanding of construction site operations, and a commitment to workplace safety. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating compact loaders or similar small-scale heavy machinery in construction or industrial settings.
Valid operator’s license or certification for compact loader operation is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in operating compact loaders safely and efficiently in confined and open workspaces.
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Familiarity with site preparation tasks including loading, unloading, excavation assistance, and site cleanup.
Understanding of construction site safety procedures, equipment handling, and environmental regulations.
Physical & Safety Requirements:
Good physical condition and stamina to work outdoors under various weather conditions.
