To qualify for the CNC Specialist position in Florence, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background and hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and programming:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with CNC machinery, including both milling and turning operations, preferably within industrial or heavy equipment manufacturing environments.
Education & Certification: Technical diploma in mechanical engineering or industrial technology. Formal training or certifications in CNC programming and machine operation, recognized in Italy, are highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM files. Solid understanding of G-code programming, machine setup, and tool path optimization.
