A Front-End Loader Operator is needed for a well-established industrial machinery and construction company located in Rome. This role involves operating front-end loaders to move, load, and transport materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and construction debris on various sites.
The operator will be responsible for safely maneuvering the loader to assist in excavation, loading trucks, site cleanup, and preparation tasks. Duties include performing daily equipment inspections, carrying out minor maintenance, and collaborating with site supervisors and construction teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project schedules.
Ideal candidates have solid experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in dynamic outdoor environments. Physical stamina and excellent hand-eye coordination are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
Proficient in operating front-end loaders safely and efficiently for tasks such as loading, excavation, grading, and material transport.
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs.
Familiarity with construction site safety standards, protocols, and environmental regulations.
Capability to read and interpret site plans and instructions accurately.
Physical & Safety Requirements:
