Candidates for the Sheet Metal Fabricator position in Rome must meet the following requirements to ensure precise and efficient fabrication of metal components:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably within industrial machinery or heavy equipment manufacturing.
Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Metalworking, or a related field.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
Skilled in operating fabrication machinery such as press brakes, shears, rollers, and CNC machines.
Strong experience with welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools for cutting, bending, assembling, grinding, and polishing sheet metal parts.
Knowledge of material properties and safety procedures related to metal fabrication.
Good physical stamina to handle heavy materials and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of English is an asset.
