Job Description:
The 3D Modeling and Rendering Advisor in AI Ahmadi plays a pivotal role in guiding the creative and technical aspects of architectural and industrial visualization projects. The advisor oversees and contributes to the creation of highly detailed 3D models, animations, and renderings used in presentations, product demonstrations, and design evaluations. Working with architects, designers, and engineers, the advisor ensures that all visual outputs meet stringent aesthetic and technical standards. The role involves advising on software workflows, optimizing rendering pipelines, and staying updated on cutting-edge technologies in the field such as real-time rendering, photorealistic visualization, and virtual reality.
Key responsibilities include reviewing client briefs, developing conceptual 3D visualizations, and mentoring junior 3D artists. The advisor collaborates across departments to align visual content with overall design and engineering objectives. In addition, the role entails managing rendering resources, setting quality benchmarks, and troubleshooting technical issues related to 3D software like Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or Unreal Engine. Close cooperation with stakeholders ensures that all visuals reflect the functional and artistic intentions of the project
Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Digital Arts, or a closely related field. A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visual storytelling is essential. Expertise in modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Maya, along with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, and Twinmotion, is required. Proficiency in post-production tools such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects is also essential.
Applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of architectural and engineering drawing interpretation, lighting simulation, material mapping, and visual composition. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are needed to train junior staff and advise teams on industry best practices. The candidate must be capable of communicating complex technical processes clearly to non-technical team members and clients.
The role also demands project management experience, including planning visualization timelines, managing rendering farms, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. A portfolio showcasing architectural and product visualizations that emphasize lighting, textures, and spatial understanding is mandatory. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality, parametric modeling, and AI-driven rendering tools is considered advantageous. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are expected, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
