Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and creative 3D Modeling & Rendering professional for a job opportunity in Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role falls within the Engineering & Architecture industry and involves creating realistic and visually captivating 3D models and renderings. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations for architectural and engineering projects. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate 3D representations. Use 3D modeling software and tools to create detailed and realistic models of buildings, structures, and landscapes. Apply textures, materials, lighting, and effects to enhance the realism and visual impact of the models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing renderings. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver high-quality 3D models within specified deadlines. Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to optimize the visual output. Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in 3D modeling and rendering. Provide input and suggestions for improving design aesthetics and presentation.
Job Requirement: Qualifications: Proven experience in 3D modeling, rendering, or a related field, preferably in the architectural or engineering sector. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, including knowledge of building structures, materials, and aesthetics. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create accurate and precise 3D models. Solid knowledge of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques. Creativity and artistic flair to bring designs to life through realistic renderings. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks. A portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and rendering work is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
