Job Description:
The 3D Modeling and Rendering Strategist is responsible for planning and executing long-term visualization strategies that support the aesthetic and functional goals of architectural, engineering, and product development projects. Based in AI Farwaniyah, the strategist plays a central role in aligning visualization methodologies with business objectives, client expectations, and emerging technologies. This role focuses not only on model creation but also on driving innovations in rendering workflows, platform compatibility, and visualization pipelines.
The strategist leads initiatives to incorporate new tools such as AI-based texture mapping, real-time rendering software, and cloud-based rendering solutions. Duties include defining visualization goals with stakeholders, creating strategy documents for rendering quality and efficiency, and advising on the integration of VR and AR tools. The strategist coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure that visualization efforts are aligned with broader design and development goals.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Visual Communication, or a similar discipline is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in 3D visualization, including team leadership and strategic planning roles, is essential. Deep knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Redshift, and game engines like Unreal or Unity is necessary. Strong expertise in parametric and generative modeling tools like Grasshopper and Dynamo is beneficial.
The candidate must have demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation in visualization workflows. A strong understanding of data-driven visualization approaches and rendering performance optimization techniques is also required. Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients, executives, and technical teams alike. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or architectural projects will be considered an asset.
