Job Description:
The Aggregate Operations Manager in Qurain oversees the extraction, processing, and distribution of aggregate materials such as gravel, sand, and crushed stone used in construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operations across quarry and processing sites.
Responsibilities include managing daily production targets, equipment maintenance, inventory control, workforce scheduling, and cost optimization. The manager ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and leads safety initiatives while liaising with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Business Management is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in aggregate mining or construction materials production is required, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of quarrying techniques, crushing and screening equipment, and environmental regulations is essential. Proficiency in production planning software and a solid understanding of occupational health and safety standards are mandatory. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary.
