Job Description:
The Apparel Packaging Operator in Al Farwaniyah is responsible for the final packaging process of finished garments. This includes operating packaging machinery, monitoring packaging quality, and ensuring each garment is packed according to specifications. The role ensures garments are protected during storage and transportation and meet the branding and display requirements.
Operators may work with automated or semi-automated packing machines, setting parameters such as temperature, sealing time, or label position. They also perform quality checks on packaging materials, verify barcodes and stickers, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in packaging or machine operation. Familiarity with garment handling and quality assurance standards is beneficial.
Good mechanical aptitude, ability to follow technical instructions, and strong attention to detail are important. Candidates should also possess basic computer skills and be physically capable of standing for long hours.
Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are required.
