Job Description:
An Apparel Sewing Technician in Qurain plays a pivotal role in the production and assembly of textile products by operating industrial sewing machines and equipment. This professional ensures that garments are sewn accurately, securely, and in accordance with established quality standards. The technician is responsible for interpreting sewing instructions, adjusting machine settings, aligning fabric pieces, and applying appropriate stitching techniques such as hemming, seaming, and topstitching. Additionally, the Apparel Sewing Technician inspects finished products for defects and performs minor repairs or adjustments when necessary.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining and threading industrial sewing machines, selecting appropriate needles and thread, handling different fabric types, and working with patterns or pre-marked textiles. Coordination with the pattern makers, cutters, and quality control inspectors is essential to ensure timely and accurate completion of clothing items. In a high-paced manufacturing environment, the technician must manage multiple sewing tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining consistency and precision.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience in garment sewing, preferably in a textile manufacturing facility. They should possess a deep understanding of sewing techniques, garment construction, and textile behavior.
