Job Description:

The Button Machine Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining button attaching machines used in garment manufacturing. This role involves setting up machines for specific fabric types and garment designs, loading button supplies, aligning garment sections for accurate button placement, and inspecting finished pieces for quality assurance.

The technician ensures that buttons are securely fastened, aligned correctly, and meet design specifications. They must troubleshoot mechanical issues, adjust machine settings for different button sizes or materials, and carry out routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.

The technician works within a fast-paced production environment, requiring high precision and consistency. Their work directly affects the functionality and aesthetic appeal of finished garments.

Job Requirement:

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in machinery operation preferred. At least one year of experience in operating or maintaining garment machinery, especially button machines, is required.

Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy are essential. Candidates must understand machine calibration, sewing techniques, and different garment materials.

Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow technical manuals are necessary. The role requires good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
