Job Description:
The Budget Analyst in Mahboula provides financial oversight and analysis for program and operational budgets. This role is integral in ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency within grant-funded projects and organizational operations.
Key duties include tracking expenditures, analyzing variances, preparing internal budget reports, participating in budget planning, and ensuring that budget execution aligns with strategic objectives and donor commitments. The analyst also supports audit preparations and financial risk assessments.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting. Minimum 4 years of experience in budgeting and financial reporting, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Experience with budgeting software and Excel. Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to work under pressure.
