We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that our organization's programs and services are well-known and accessible to those in need.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing community engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in the nonprofit’s initiatives.
Organizing and leading outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote our mission and services.
Collaborating with local schools, businesses, and community organizations to strengthen partnerships and drive program participation.
Gathering feedback from community members and using it to improve our services and programs.
Managing communications with local media, creating press releases, and representing the organization at community events.
Assisting in the development of promotional materials and social media campaigns to enhance visibility.

To be considered for the position of Community Outreach Coordinator in Kuwait, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Relations, Communications, International Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or nonprofit work.
Proven track record of working with diverse communities and local organizations in Kuwait or the GCC region.
Experience in organizing community events, campaigns, and partnerships.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with local communities.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills, including event planning and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of Kuwait’s local culture, socio-political landscape, and nonprofit sector.
